Welcome to PureTides. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of software, technology, digital product development, and related professional services.

By using this website, requesting services, accepting a project estimate, or submitting payment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. About PureTides

PureTides provides professional software development, technology, and digital product services.

Our services may be provided in collaboration with CodeDungeon or other technical partners, contractors, or service providers where necessary to complete the agreed work.

Services may include:

  • Custom web application development
  • Website development and enhancements
  • Software feature development
  • UI/UX implementation
  • API integrations
  • Automation solutions
  • Product prototyping
  • Technical maintenance and support
  • Testing and quality assurance
  • Deployment and configuration support
  • Other agreed software or technology services

2. Service Scope

Each project or service is based on the customer’s requested requirements, agreed scope, estimated timeline, and technical complexity.

Before substantial project work begins, the applicable service may be described through one or more of the following:

  • Service selection on the website
  • Project estimate
  • Invoice
  • Written scope of work
  • Email or written agreement
  • Other documented communication between PureTides and the customer

Only work included in the agreed scope is covered by the applicable payment.

Additional requests, features, revisions, integrations, or changes may require additional fees.

3. Service Prices and Estimated Hours

Some services displayed on the website include an estimated service time or hour range.

These ranges are provided for planning purposes and do not necessarily represent open-ended hourly billing.

The final fee displayed before payment is the amount applicable to the selected service.

For larger or customized projects, PureTides may provide a separate estimate or invoice.

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors, including Stripe.

PureTides does not directly store complete card numbers, card security codes, or other sensitive card authentication information.

The payment page will display the final amount before the customer completes payment.

By submitting payment, you confirm that:

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method.
  • You understand which service you are purchasing.
  • The amount shown is correct.
  • You agree to these Terms & Conditions.

5. Payment Authorization

Submitting payment authorizes PureTides and its payment processor to charge the displayed amount.

A payment is considered successfully completed only after confirmation from the applicable payment processor.

A pending, incomplete, declined, cancelled, or failed payment does not create an obligation for PureTides to begin or deliver paid services.

6. Service Delivery

Depending on the project, services may be delivered through:

  • Completed software development work
  • Website changes
  • Source code or technical implementation
  • Product milestones
  • Digital deliverables
  • API or automation integrations
  • Testing and quality assurance work
  • Deployment assistance
  • Maintenance
  • Technical support
  • Ongoing development services

Delivery method and timing depend on the agreed project scope.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to provide accurate and timely information needed to perform the services.

This may include:

  • Project requirements
  • Content
  • Credentials or authorized access
  • Technical documentation
  • API information
  • Feedback and approvals
  • Required third-party accounts

PureTides is not responsible for delays resulting from incomplete information, delayed approvals, unavailable third-party systems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Changes and Additional Work

Requests outside the original scope may require:

  • Additional development time
  • A revised estimate
  • An additional service payment
  • A new project milestone or invoice

PureTides will normally communicate material scope changes before additional billable work is performed.

9. Refunds

Because PureTides provides professional and digital development services, refund eligibility depends on the status of the work performed.

Where work has not yet begun, PureTides may consider a cancellation or refund request.

Once development, technical work, research, implementation, configuration, testing, consultation, or other agreed services have begun, payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the work already completed.

Any approved refund will normally be returned to the original payment method.

Refund requests should be sent to [support email].

10. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a question or concern about a payment, invoice, project, or delivered service, please contact PureTides before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
